Reynolds Plantation Properties, LLC had ten of its agents in addition to its resales team honored during the recently-held annual awards banquet for the Lake County Board of Realtors (LCBOR).
Micki Tanner received the board’s top award as “Realtor of the Year.” This honor is given to a realtor who has demonstrated exceptional qualifications and is deemed outstanding for their contribution in the areas of business accomplishments, realtor image, local board and civic activity. Tanner, who was awarded for producing over Four Million Dollars in sales in 2016, is very active in the community through her membership in the Rotary Club of Greene and Putnam Counties. Tanner is also the current president of the Lake County Board of Realtors.
Several other individual sales executives at Reynolds Plantation Properties LLC. accepted awards for their impressive sales numbers. Demonstrating consistency in performance, Riezl Baker and Debbie Balicki were each honored with the celebrated “Eagle Award,” reserved for realtors who have been top producers in the Million Dollar Club for fifteen years. Both agents were also honored with producing over $4 million in sales in 2016. Ron Kalpak was also honored with the “Phoenix Award” for his consistency in producing over a million dollars in sales for over ten years. Kalpak also received an award for producing over $5 million in sales last year.
Scott Hoersten and Dianne Spires joined Ron Kalpak in generating more than $5 million in sales throughout the year, while Don Weir joined Baker, Balicki, and Tanner in exceeding Four Million Dollars in sales. Sales executive Chip Perry produced $3 million in sales, followed by Jere Mills, Gene Lowe, and Mary Miller producing over $1 million in sales this year qualifying them in the prestigious million-dollar club for 2016.
In addition to the recognition of individual agents, the Reynolds Lake Oconee Resales Team — led by Rhonda Williams was awarded Top Volume for Small Teams producing over $13 million in sales and Top Producer for Small Teams of Total Units sold.
“To have the Realtor of the Year, nine other members of our team, along with an exceptional resale team all sell more than one million dollars of real estate, all within the gates of Reynolds Lake Oconee, speaks volumes about this group’s ability,” says Lee Arberg, senior vice president of sales for Reynolds Plantation Properties. “Sales produced by the Reynolds Lake Oconee sales team have grown substantially throughout the last couple of years, and we only expect it to grow more in 2017.”
