Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, LLC had eleven of its agents in addition to its resales team honored during the recently-held annual awards banquet for the Lake Country Board of Realtors (LCBOR).

In addition to the recognition of individual agents, the Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties Resales Team -- led by Rhonda Williams and Joanne Bigelow -- was awarded “Gold Award, Top Team of the Year” for listing over $20 million of sold properties last year.

“I am excited to see this talented resale team recognized for their efforts,” says Lee Arberg, senior vice president of sales for Reynolds Plantation Properties. “This is the only firm with a team dedicated exclusively to listing properties within Reynolds Lake Oconee. The Gold Award is a wonderful accomplishment.”

Other individual sales executives at Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties accepted awards for their impressive 2014 sales numbers. Following her 2013 performance that resulted in a “Realtor of the Year” award, Riezl Baker generated over Four Million Dollars in sales on the year. Gene Lowe, Jere Mills and Mick Tanner all were all recognized for exceeding Two Million Dollars in sales.

Finally, there were seven total agents that qualified for inclusion in the prestigious “Million Dollar Club.” Those agents include Debbie Balicki, Jim Carpenter, Chris Hewatt, Scott Hoersten, Ron Kalpak, Dianne Spires and Don Weir.

“To have such a high percentage of our agents with over a million dollars in sales speaks volumes for the talent we have here,” says Arberg. “We saw a great deal of sales activity in 2014, and with the impressive start we have seen thus far in 2015, I am very optimistic that Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties is in for another fantastic year.”
