Reynolds Lake Oconee Properties, LLC is pleased to congratulate our 2021 Lake Country Board of Realtors (LCBOR) Award Winners. 24 members of our team have been honored as Top Producers for 2021.
The sole dedication and focus of selling Reynolds exclusively, combined with our colleagues from other lake area agencies, resulted in 631 homes and homesites sold within the community. The Home Team at Reynolds Lake Oconee was on one, or more often the buying and selling sides, of 65% of the total transactions.
President’s Award was achieved by Micki Tanner. Micki has devoted many years and hours of her time to help LCBOR fulfill their mission, by her involvement, and inspiring others to do the same.
Good Neighbor Award was presented to Ron Kalpak. Ron was recognized for this award by going above and beyond through his significant involvement in the community.
Realtor Spirit Award went to Rhonda Cook this year. Rhonda generates enthusiasm and promotes positive Realtor image to the public. She is always willing to volunteer when needed. She is truly an asset to the Realtor profession.
Crystal Phoenix Award – 20 years Top Producer, Debbie Balicki, $17.3 million.
Eagle Members, defined as agents with more than 15 years of $1 million dollars or more in sales, and were Top Producers for 2021 - Jere Mills, $14.9 million; Ron Kalpak, $25 million; Micki Tanner, $39.2 million.
Phoenix Members, defined as agents with more than 10 years of $1 million dollars or more in sales and were Top Producers for 2021 – Diane Spires, $16.9 million.
Lifetime Members, defined as agents with 3 consecutive years over $1 million dollars in sales or 5 years total, and were Top Producers for 2021 – Rich Johns, $9.7 million; Tom Condon, $11 million; Bob Miller, $14 million; Chip Perry, $17 million; Scott Hoersten, $14.1 million; Chris Hewatt, $24.8 million; Jeremy Johnson, $4.1 million; and Traci Johnson, $24.1 million, was recognized as a first time Lifetime Member.
David Hoersten, $5 million; Mary Miller, $4.8 million; Debbie Daly, $8.6 million; Calvin Borisuk, $3.1 million; Jordan Aycock, $14.4 million; Mary Balicki, 17.4 million; Mary Luster, with $7.3 million; Karen Saltzbart, 7 million; were also awarded as 2021 Top Producers. Rhonda Cook and Glenda Martin of our Resales Team accounted for $18.1 million.
